HOURLY POSITIONS
PBX Operator PT (1)
Position Overview: Receive and forward all incoming calls to the hotel. Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner. Take messages and track special requests. Notify guests of messages, mail and facsimiles. Process facsimile requests. Make necessary wake-up calls. Operate paging system. Maintain guest listings. Report any problems or the need for repairs immediately.
Position Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel setting. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Must be computer literate. Proficiency with Property Management System applications, such as Epitome, and Phone Management software, such as Mitel Console, is preferred.
Pool and Health Club Service Attendant (2)
Position Overview: Provide outstanding service to guests of the Windsor Court Hotel. Maintain the pool and health club according to the quality standards of the Windsor Court Hotel. Ensure all equipment is clean and in proper working condition. Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner.
Maintain cleanliness of all pool area.
Position Requirements: The ability to swim and have First Aid and CPR Certifications are strongly preferred. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required. Extensive standing, stooping, and bending are involved.
Banquet Server On Call
Position Overview: Deliver exceptional service to guests by assisting them with their food orders. Provide outstanding service to guests at private dining functions, both on and off the premises. Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner. Prepare server station according to Windsor Court Hotel’s specifications prior to event. Set station according to Windsor Court Hotel’s specifications prior to event. Serve guests efficiently and with fine dining etiquette. Clear used dishes as necessary.
Position Requirements: Must be very energetic, motivated and possess a positive presence. Ability to focus attention to details. Ability to carry up to 60 pounds. Previous experience in fine dining preferred.
Lobby Attendant (1)
Position Overview: Clean and supply all public areas and bathrooms according to the quality standards of the Windsor Court Hotel. Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner. Regularly check and clean public areas, including but not limited to the hotel entrance, stairwells, offices, kitchen and bathrooms. Report any and all deficiencies to the appropriate manager.
Position Requirements: Previous housekeeping experience helpful. Position requires standing and walking for entire shift. Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs. Extensive standing, stooping, and bending involved. Able to focus on details and possess a positive presence and service skills.
Turndown Attendant PT (1)
Position Overview: To exceed our guest’s expectations by maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness of the guest rooms.
Position Requirements: Previous housekeeping experience helpful. Position requires standing and walking for entire shift. Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs. Extensive standing, stooping, and bending involved. Able to focus on details and possess a positive presence and service skills.
Tea Server PT (1)
Position Overview: Provide outstanding tea service to guests. Ensure a positive first and last impression by maintaining a professional, pleasant and helpful attitude while fulfilling guests’ needs. Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner. Responsible for maintaining high product knowledge. Seat guests and take reservations as necessary. Ability to participate in relief duty (to perform job functions of other Le Salon employees such as Cocktail Servers, Bussers, Host/Hostesses, etc). Maintain cleanliness of all Le Salon areas. Any other assigned tasks or duties as required.
Position Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of serving experience. Ability to work in a high volume environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Must have Responsible Vendor Program Permit or be able to obtain. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong cash handling skills. Ability to operate Micros point of sale system preferred.
Server AM (1)
Position Overview: Deliver exceptional service to guests by assisting them with their food orders. Maintain complete knowledge of service standards and provide required level of service. Increase revenues by upselling menu items in The Grill Room.
Position Requirements: Must be very energetic, motivated and possess a positive presence. Must be able to obtain TIPS certification. Ability to focus attention to details. Ability to carry up to 60 pounds. Must have 2 years of experience in fine dining. Must have a passion for food and wine.
Front Desk Agent (1)
Position Overview: To exceed our guest’s expectations and ensure revenue optimization through check in, check out and attentive coordination of hotel services for our guests.
Position Requirements: Previous experience required. Experience with PMS a plus. Must possess a positive presence with outstanding service, communication and problem solving skills. Cash handling experience helpful.
Cocktail Server Polo Lounge (4)
Position Overview: Provide outstanding service to guests of the Polo Lounge. Ensure a positive first and last impression by maintaining a professional, pleasant and helpful attitude while fulfilling guests’ needs. Take and fulfill guest beverage requests in a timely and accurate manner.
Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner. Responsible for maintaining high product knowledge. Bus tables as necessary. Maintain cleanliness of all Polo Lounge areas.
Position Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required. Cocktail Server experience preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule. TIPS certification preferred. Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
Le Salon Pantry Attendant (1)
Position Overview: Assist in providing outstanding service to guests. Responsible for maintaining high product knowledge. Set up bar area according to Windsor Court Hotel’s specifications. Breakdown bar area according to Windsor Court Hotel’s specifications. Keep bar stocked to par. Prepare a variety of drinks, including but not limited to specialty, mixed and espresso drinks. Provide careful handling and cleaning of all Le Salon tableware. Ensure that all food, teas, condiments, and other Le Salon products are thoroughly prepared and stocked. Pick up clean linens and dispose of dirty laundry daily. Maintain cleanliness of all Le Salon areas. Maintain all Le Salon inventory and requisition food stock as necessary. Assist servers and host/hostesses as necessary.

Polo Lounge Bartender (1)
Position Overview: Prepare a variety of drinks, including but not limited to specialty, mixed, and espresso drinks. The selected candidate will set up bar area according to Windsor Court specifications, and keep bar stocked up to par. Pick up necessary bar supplies, including but not limited to liquor and juices. Breakdown bar area according to Windsor Court Hotel’s. Return bar supplies to required location.
Position Requirements: Qualified candidate must have 1 year of bartending and/or barback experience. TIPS certification preferred.
MANAGEMENT POSITIONS
Food & Beverage Outlet Manager (1)
Position Overview: Primarily responsible for the leadership of all public dining outlets to include The Polo Club Lounge, The Grill Room, Le Salon and Cocktail Bar. Ensures overall guest satisfaction. Manage all aspects of the Food & Bev. Outlet(s) including Restaurant and Bar in accordance with company’s standards.
Position Requirements: Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a full service four-five star restaurant preferred. Possesses strong leadership and motivational skills. Possesses strong knowledge of beverage cost control procedures, wines and spirits. Possesses food knowledge in various cuisines and fine dining food service styles. Computer literate with high proficiency in POS, inventory control and spreadsheet applications and word processing. Possesses strong training skills. College degree preferred but not required.
Revenue Manager (1)
Position Overview: To identify and maximize rooms revenue through management of inventory systems and distribution channels. This includes the analysis of revenue potential generated by the transient and group market segments as well as the market segmentation within transient and group. Monitor and analyze business mix, market conditions and demand. Implement selling strategies, compile data and results.
Position Requirements: At least 3years of progressive hotel experience; and at least 2 years of related experience; Supervisory experience required. Work well under pressure.Must have attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication. Strong analytical and technical skills. Multi-tasking, statistical & competitive analysis skills a must. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and in Reservations & Property Management System applications, such as Epitome & Synxis.
