The above rates are quoted in US Dollars, are per accommodation, per night, European plan (no meals), based upon single or double occupancy, subject to applicable taxes currently at 13% and an occupancy tax of US$2.00 per accommodation, per day.
All Junior Suite, Full Suite and Penthouse Suite prices are based on a one bedroom with living area combination. All prices are subject to change and valid through December 30, 2008.
Group Policy: A maximum of 10 rooms can be reserved from the same travel agency or booking source for arrival on the same date. Requests for additional rooms are welcome and should be directed to the hotel sales office.
Deposit Policy: A one night deposit plus tax is required for the following special event dates:
- Mardi Gras 2008: all stays including the period Feb. 1 - 2, 2008
- Jazz Fest 2008: all stays including the period April 25 - 26, 2008 and May 2 - 6, 2008
- National Cable Assoc.: all stays including the period May 16 - 20, 2008
- Tulane graduation weekend: all stays including the period May 16 - 20, 2008
- Essence Festival – July 3 - 5, 2008
- American Heart Assoc.: all stays including the period Nov. 6 - 8, 2008
All stays including the following special event dates must be canceled at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a loss equal to the full stay amount:
- Mardi Gras 2008: all stays including the period Feb. 1 - 2, 2008
- Jazz Fest 2008: all stays including the period April 25 - 26, 2008 and May 2 - 6, 2008
- National Cable Assoc.: all stays including the period May 16 - 20, 2008
- Tulane graduation weekend: all stays including the period May 16 - 20, 2008

- American Heart Assoc.: all stays including the period Nov. 6 - 8, 2008
All other arrival dates:
-Cancel at least 48 hours prior to 3pm local time to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax charge.
-All reservations made electronically must be canceled using the same method of reservation to avoid a no-show charge.
