As an indisputable people person, Adam’s positive attitude, genuine sense of humor and calm demeanor make him a perfect fit for the Concierge Desk. He always enjoys the opportunity to interact with guests and make personal connections.

When not at the hotel, Adam enjoys spending as much time as possible with his beautiful daughter. He keeps a healthy lifestyle with fitness playing a huge role in his life. Adam loves sports and is a huge Saints fan.  He also loves to spend the summers traveling to different cites attending concerts of his favorite artists, Dave Matthews Band and Widespread Panic.

Favorite Windsor Court Moment

Out of the many favorite Windsor Court moments that come to mind, the one moment that stands out the most is being a part of the amazing reopening team after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. Windsor Court was one of the first downtown hotels to reopen and the demand for hotel rooms was high, which made the first initial few months incredibly challenging; however, being able to provide services during a troubling period made it all worth it.  Adam’s hard work was rewarded when members of his favorite music group, Dave Matthews Band, stayed at the hotel while recording one of their albums. He recounts, “Being able to meet and serve the band was a huge honor and if it weren’t for the hard work and dedication of our Windsor Court team, I may have never gotten to experience that moment.”
