Ron Colletti

Position: Banquet Captain

Years of Service: 12 Years 11 months

Ronald “Ron” Colletti has been part of The Windsor Court Hotel’s family since 2006.  During that time, he has worked in a number of positions, including Banquet Server, Pool Server, Club Lounge Server and Omelet Station Server.  More recently, Ron interviewed for and was selected as The Windsor Court Hotel’s newest Banquet Co-Captain.  If there is ever a need within the hotel, Ron can be counted on to volunteer and help out, as he is always willing to gain additional experience.  In fact, Ron is known throughout the hotel for having worked in so many different positions.

When asked what keeps him motivated and excited about working at The Windsor Court Hotel, Ron states the hotel is well-run and everyone works together.  In fact, he attributes much of his success and longevity here at the hotel to the team he’s worked with for all these years.  According to Ron, his greatest achievement is working here for as long as he has.

Favorite Windsor Court Moment

The fondest memory Ron has of his tenure at The Windsor Court was when he was serving a certain celebrity pool-side.  They were talking and joking about many different topics. The star then commented that the $8.00 he spent on cream cheese seemed a little pricey.  Ron quickly came back and stated, “Well, speaking with me will only cost you $5.00” in a very joking manner.  Much to Ron’s surprise, he received exactly $5.00 in gratuity from the celebrity.  Ron chuckles as he tells the story.
