The Windsor Court Spa is one of the top luxury spas in New Orleans, but it is deliberately a different kind of spa than most. Where others lean into scale and spectacle, The Windsor Court Spa offers intimate sanctuary: low-lit retreat on the hotel’s fourth floor with a discreet, residential calm you feel the moment the doors softly close. The treatment menu offers signature facials and rituals built on Augustinus Bader, 111Skin, and Lola’s Apothecary and every visit includes a plush Italian robe, steam room and infrared sauna, relaxation lounges, and a glass of champagne (if you’d like one).
The Windsor Court Spa menu spans Facial Rituals, a Massage Collection, Wellness Rituals for the body, Nail Treatments, and Private Fitness sessions. Facials range from fully customized treatments to advanced technology rituals; massages run from Swedish and Deep Tissue to warm-stone, CBD, assisted stretching, and prenatal; and body rituals include full-body treatments built on Augustinus Bader’s TFC8® technology. Advanced treatments are built around the Sapphire 3 IonixLight, the only one of its kind in New Orleans. Personalized aromatherapy is included with every massage, and enhancements can be added to nearly any service. The spa is open daily, with standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We recommend booking ahead, particularly on weekends and during festival weeks, so your preferred time and therapist are waiting for you.
Massages at The Windsor Court Spa start at $200, and Facial Rituals range from $210 for a fully customized facial to $890 for the Ultimate Sapphire, the spa’s most comprehensive treatment. Body rituals and nail treatments are priced separately, and enhancements, from a dermaplane or an Augustinus Bader scalp treatment to cupping therapy and 111SKIN eye masks, run $30 to $100 and can be added to most services without extending your appointment time. Build the afternoon that suits you; there is no wrong way to indulge.
Yes, and locals are some of our most loyal regulars. Non-hotel guests with confirmed spa reservations have access to the steam room, sauna, and relaxation lounges, with the hotel’s rooftop saltwater pool available during spa hours. Non-hotel guests can also book afternoon tea at Le Salon to turn a treatment into a half-day or full-day escape. Consider it a standing invitation.

We strongly recommend reserving your treatment at The Windsor Court Spa ahead of time, especially for weekend visits, and festival weeks such as Jazz Fest, Mardi Gras, and the Sugar Bowl. Same-day appointments do open up with therapist availability, so it is always worth a call.
